what the what the what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GOD !!!!!
1 more day?
I want fooooooooooooooooooooodddddddd.......
Okay la Okay la....
I 'redha'......
bye bye food.....
I know if I'm a good girl, I have to like Ramadhan very very much like
Yay yay yay Ramadhan is coming!!!
Yay, after this, my good deeds will be multipled!!

Alright then..
*clears throat*
From 1 Ramadhan onwards,
I'll break my fast with ALL family members, with of course,
delicious food..

Okay, for all of you, my muslim friends,
here are some tips how you can survive take care of yourself in the Ramadhan month

*Fried and fatty foods.
*Foods containing too much sugar.
*Over-eating especially at sahur.
*Too much tea at sahur. Tea makes you pass more urine taking with it valuable mineral salts that your body would need during the day.
*Smoking cigarettes. Smoking is unhealthy and one should stop completely.

Eat complex carbohydrates at sahur so that the food lasts longer making you less hungry. Dates are excellent source of sugar, fibre, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium. Almonds are rich in protein and fibre with less fat. Bananas are a good source of potassium, magnesium and carbohydrates.

As much water or fruit juices as possible between iftar (buka puasa) and bedtime so that your body may adjust fluid levels in time.

That is all.
Hope it helps.
Thank you for reading.
Bye, bye...

SIR SIR SIR I love SIRC !!!!!

I was at Auditorium Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka .
KL was UH-MAY-ZIIIIIIIIING !! ops. I don’t spell that right – AMAZING!!!
Before the thing started we have to keep quiet, not to ruin the recording and not to distract the finalists.
We all have our ‘loser’ –hand-paper-thing. LIKE THIS

The emcees were Nasruddin and Erin.
What else should I say?
I really can’t say more I JUST LOVE going to that auditorium. I REALLY WANT TO TELL EVERYTHING but I literally forget things.
Some things I remembered are:
·         KL Stompers are creative: They played musical instruments, just like other people but the thing is; the instruments are made out of recycled items such as pans, dustbins, pantries things and etc.
·         Kenneth was tired. Alah… pity pity.. L
·         The finalists are funny sometimes like WO WO and no no no not that um, teet..(clock beeped because 20 seconds had end) Okay.
·         The presenter  inadvertently said ‘please SMELL ‘ instead of SPELL
·         I’m in love for the first sight!
Lastly, CONGRATULATIONS to Darren for winning the primary category.
And, SPECIAL CONGRATS to KENNETH WU MIN JIN for winning this SIR thing 3 years in a row. You are great Kenneth. No one can spell better than you J
I was grateful Pn. Ch’ng gave me a chance to go to this magnifique competition. Hope I can go next year. INSYA-ALLAH….

Scouts Skill Camp

Yay! yay yay yay yay....
Do you know what I’m ‘yay-ing’ about?
If you are my best friend, you’ll probably know.

I’m going to tell you about it from the head start and don’t complain how boring the camp is.
Huh! Jealous people…

Okay, we started with playing hide and seek which made me shudder.
First, because I’m afraid about the place I’m going to hide.
Second, I’m afraid I will lost
Third, I’m afraid I have to find those hiders (means that I’m it)
The one who has a paper that shows a star sign, has to seek.
With a trembling hand, I put my hand on one of the papers, hoping there’s nothing scribbled on it.
I open it, and guess what?
-Yup. Got that paper that I wish I never touched.

About the hide and seek thing, Ian Ancheh Kennedy is the first person I met.
Next, I ate. Then, I prayed. Then, I ate again and then, I prayed, then, we have malam kebudayaan which won by Patrol 2 ( Safwan is in that patrol )
It was midnight.
A boy known as ‘buruk’ told everyone we’re going to play a game called ‘burung hantu’. The word  itself scared me enough.
That form 4 brother tied my scarf to my eyes and made sure that I couldn’t see a thing.
After everything settled, those crazy faci (s) led us like into the classes, around the canteen, parking lot and where ever they wanted us to be. The damn part is, one of the faci didn’t tell me if there were stairs and my patrol ended up stacking on each other.
Another damn part is the one that held my shoulder was a Form 1 indian boy named something like The-raj or something and he talked non-stop with his ‘twin’ Devanesan (I saw his name tag). The T-boy held me very harshly sometimes and very weakly sometimes. (Did you understand that word? No? Just pretend okay) . I really can feel his hand trembling and that- increased my fear.
One more quote from Geronimo Stiton:
The facis pulled me and I pulled the form 1 girl’s shirt. It was like torning but I didn’t let go. At last, the faci managed to separate my hand from that girl’s shoulder. They pulled me like hell! No- not like hell but you get the message.
Then, um,.. bla bla bla it ends and Aiman pretended to faint, bla bla bla then I slept.
You know what? I slept with cikgu Zainab!!! Hehehehe.

The next day, the prizes was given. Patrol 1- Cooking competition
Patrol 2- Malam Kebudayaan
Patrol 4- Istiadat pagi competition
Me? I’m Patrol 3. WORST PATROL EVER!
You know what we won? – For participating in every competition as in ‘special award’ haha so funny.

Damn infos for your brain:
Extra: the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog uses all the alphabet.
Extra 2 : I learnt dancing 0.0000000000001 %
Extra 3: My patrol didn’t train almost anything for the malam kebudayaan. We train 5 minutes when the time given more than 2 hours.

Extra 4 : Every patrol got the same hamper.
Extra 5 : I’m going to the SIR national competition this Saturday so, WOHOOOOOOO Yay Kenneth!! Atiqah, please go. You are my only hope.

Extra 6 : Yes Dinie I'm a noob so what? Hey guys... You know what? I did a perfect x !
Extra 7 : Sorry no pictures.

SMK King George V sport's day!

Yes, sport's day.
Even sports have their own day.

I want to share this quote by Geronimo Stilton that describes me like; A LOT
' I'm a bookmouse, not a sportsmouse! '
And that is patheticly true.

As usual, I am not involved in any sports or 'kawad' or even the QM thing.
Just like those years...
Standared one until NOW.

Ainatul, stop talking about yourself!
Okay! Okay!

I want to tell you that my father did came to this sport's day!
He didn't tell me he was at the field and when I call him, he said he was at the surau, waiting for me to pop out of nowhere.
When actually, he was at the field, watching the 'presents giveaway'

Wait, AINATUL!! Stop talking about yourself!!
Okay, fine, fine!!

Right after I stepped on the school compound, I went to class and then to the canteen, and then to the school's Gorgian Green.
There were many tents ( actually there are only 5 ).
All of the tents were decorated creatively by the tent AJKs.
In my opinion, the most vouge tent is Seng Long's, the cutest is Meade's, the most ferocious is Abdul Malek and the most exclusive is Sheikh Ahmad's.
I like all of them!

What? Where is Braddon?
Oh, um, find it yourself lah eh.

Okay then, the kawad thing, I love Seng Long's clothes.

2 Hisham and a few other classes sold food.
Thank god there was food!
I often starve even when I ate breakfast.
Look at Atiqah :
then Syafiq:

Lastly, the cheerleders made their elastic moves...
but that was not the end,
The end was when the teacher said
Yeah, go BRADDON!!!
I did gave 1 mark to the team, and maybe because of 1 mark we won, okay!!

Love you, braddon.

(shut up. I know I did copy this title from Dinie’s site. Just, SHUT UP!)

Hey guys. I guessed that you guys had fun at the 1M1S run, huh?
Look at Farah Izzati’s blog. I wish I was there. Oh God. Anyone got pictures!!! I want those pictures!!
Ok, I’ll tell you something:

I love tattoo. Not those on your skin, but the thing that was attended by Menteri Besar or even kings.
Did you know it was held on 1 July 2011 at Stadium Paroi?
Bet you didn’t know because I didn’t either. My mother urged me to go.
It was absolutely awesome!!! I’ll tell you more about this tattoo but not so much because
1.     1.  I forgot
2.     2.  There was more video than pictures.

The Tunku Abdul Rahman stadium was literally crowded.

At first, we were entertained by Aris Ariwatan.

Know him? I didn’t either. My mom said he was a veteran singer so, no wonder.
The opening was great when we were entertained by police dancers.

Right after that, my heart was like exploded when there was a bomb thrown from the helicopter and it formed the word :1 malaysia PDRM.

Then there was polices wearing neon lights, fallen horse rider, funny acts, para gliders and many more. I like ‘kawad patung’ the most because it was the most entertaining and funniest. Here’s the example:

My mom said this type tattoo is very rare. The last time my mom saw it was when she was in school. About 20 years ago. I hope I can watch things like this again. Love it so much!! (sorry the images are blurry. I sit far away from the thing.

Btw, I didn’t come to school because I went to Melaka, not because I want okay!!!
DINIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I want to take part in the sukaneka!!!!!! WAAAAAAA
I want to pull the 'pelepah kelapa' for you!!!! WWWWWWAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!
Oklah, at least I had fun at the tattoo.
Other pictures:

my maksu likes this one hehe

 one of the dancers
 the toy soldiers

sorry for the craps, I don't really know how to explain. Hehe...
